Ideal applicants should have development experience in the following key areas of Credit Risk Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing these areas, including:.

Basel II/III Capital Adequacy Ratio Calculations.

BRSA (BDDK) Regulatory Credit Risk Reporting especially on RWA such as: KR521, KR600, KR604, KR605 and disclosures.

Design and Implementation of RWA process including Standardized and IRB approach.

Counterparty Credit Risk Management and Credit Valuation Adjustments.

Project management for regulatory initiatives including Data and IT requirements.

Analytical skills - ability to work with large data sets to identify issues and root cause.

People management, organizational and project management skills.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:.

5-10 years of experience in the development of the above-mentioned areas.

Strong educational background with a degree in economic/financial, statistical, or engineering subjects.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Outstanding relational skills and an inclination toward teamwork.

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.

Very good knowledge of the banking industry.

Experience with regulatory frameworks, both Basel and BRSA.

Expertise in integrated risk management technologies or regulatory reporting software.

Experience in using BI Tools in creating dashboards and data profiling withSQL.

Implementation of RWA Tools is a plus.

Proficiency in English and Turkish.

WORK LOCATION: Istanbul.
