ERP Consultant / Senior Consultant

In line with IAS’s global growth objectives, we are looking forExperienced ERP Consultants to be employed in ourIstanbul, Ankara, and Bursa offices. The ideal candidates will analyze customer needs, design processes, perform system implementations, and take an active role in ERP projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Informatics, MIS, Business Engineering, or related departments,
• Experience in at least one business process such asFinance, Production, Logistics, Costing, or Human Resources,
• Preferably basic knowledge of software,
• Strong analytical thinking skills, teamwork ability, and effective communication skills,
• Able to work flexible hours and manage a demanding workload,
• Possess a Class B driver’s license, able to drive actively and with no travel restrictions,
• Preferably good command of English,
• Completed military service (for male candidates),
• Experience in project planning, resource management, budgeting, and time tracking; preferably familiar with PMI methodology.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze the business processes of the company or customers and design/configure them in accordance with the Canias ERP system,
• Carry out installation, testing, go-live, and user support processes in related modules,
• Analyze new module or development requirements and produce solutions together with the technical team,
• Plan and deliver user trainings,
• Analyze errors encountered in the ERP system and develop permanent solutions,
• Take an active role in reporting, data validation, and process improvement activities,
• Provide testing and transition support for Canias ERP version updates and development projects,
• Contribute to continuous improvement, digital transformation, and automation projects.
