Program Details

• Duration: July 2026 – May 2027 (11 months)
• Structure:
  • Summer Period (July–September): Full-time, 5 days/week
  • School Period (October–May): Part-time, minimum 2.5 days/week

Who We’re Looking For

Hardworking, curious, and innovative individuals who thrive in collaborative environments.
Ideal candidates will be:

• Proficient in English and Turkish (written and verbal)
• Graduating between Jan 2027 – Jan 2028
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges 

Program Tracks

This year, we offer three exciting options:

1. Manufacturing Excellence

• For students studying outside İzmir and Manisa
• 3 months on-site at İzmir production site (July–September)* Accommodation support will be provided
• 2 months remote in Production 

2. Remote Working (11 months)

• Commercial (B2B Marketing, Sales, Digital)
• IT
• Supply Chain
• Finance
• People & Culture

3. On-site Working (11 months)

• Production and Quality – İzmir Factory
