IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a candidate to be assigned at “Antalya Airport” within Gözen Security Services,

Job Description:

• Support domestic and international customers via remote connection.

• Meet, analyze, and produce solutions for problems and requests reported by Project Managers or employees.

• Follow up on the solution process of forwarded problems and requests and provide feedback to users.

• Carry out daily and periodic maintenance and support activities related to IT services.

• Support users on the company network regarding Windows operating systems and Office versions.

• Direct problems and requests to relevant Level 2–Level 3 experts when necessary.
• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments,

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,

• Experienced in end user support (Operating System, Office Applications, VPN connection, etc.) working in the domain structure,

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft products, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP,

• Experienced in Mobile Device Management,

• Customer
• and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment,

• Strong time management and planning skills,

• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours when required,

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system,

• For male candidates, military service must be completed,

• Holder of a valid Class B driver’s license and able to actively drive,
