To strengthen our team, we are looking for Design Engineer which will be located in our engineering office Nilüfer, BURSA

What will your job be about?

• Create and maintain customer drawings in compliance with customer requirements and internal engineering standards
• Ensure accuracy of engineering documentation to avoid wire harness rework caused by design errors
• Release customer and internal drawings, including all relevant supporting documents, within defined timelines
• Manage and implement engineering change processes in alignment with internal procedures and customer specifications
• Analyze, prepare and document design change requests
• Provide technical support to YAZAKI production plants as required
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Participate Technical Reception and Benchmarking activities in Yazaki / Customer Locations

What will you bring with you?

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering

• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken

• Experience in the area of wire harness production and development is prefable

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Proficiency in usage of MS Office Programs
