Project Quality Leader

RESPONSABILITIES

As a member of the project quality department, you will report to the Branch Project Quality Manager, based in our main Technical Center, in France. From our Turkish production site, you act as the interface between the customer and the company in terms of project quality and ensure compliance with the internal quality process. You will ensure that the latest requirements from standards and regulations specific to our business and our customers are identified and integrated, share them with our teams, and ensure that they are taken into account at every stage of the project, particularly through the various deliverables.

In detail, you are responsible for: 

•   Analyze the functional specifications (customer/internal) in collaboration with other Project Leaders, determining whether objectives are achievable and which means/costs are to be associated.
• Coordinate all stakeholders working toward Quality objectives by communicating priorities and ensuring information flows both ways.
•       Discuss with the client about the actions to be implemented, relying on internal technical expertise.
•      Guarantee the client’s representation within the company.
•    Establish the pre-production control plan and the validation plan balancing customer requirements and internal constraints (profitability).
•     Build the control ranges.Ensure that the design plans (dimensions, tolerances, etc.) match the Quality objectives.

•     Participate in setting up action plans in the event of a product non-conformity.
•     Participate in FMEA meetings or working groups.
•    Determine, in collaboration with relevant departments and within the framework of FMEA (Product, Process), the failure modes, causes, and associated action plans.
•     Ensure that projects comply with internal procedures.
•     Centralize, distribute, and ensure that feedback from experience, QDP, and Factory Quality Services, etc., is taken into account.
•     Ensure the accuracy of Project reporting for all Checklists at the end of each development phase.
•     Report to the Project Manager on Quality tasks and results.
•     Communicate information to the client according to their specific procedures.
•     Identify any issue likely to cause Product non-conformity and alert relevant personnel.

PROFILE

Holding a bachelor’s degree specialized in quality, you have a first professional experience in automotive industry. You have a strong knowledge of customer quality standards and an ability to analyze quality control results.

As a rigorous and organized professional, you have strong analytical and practical skills. You know how to analyze customer requirements and support teams in their implementation throughout projects. Adaptable and attentive to detail, you are able to communicate easily with multidisciplinary teams. Your pragmatic approach, your good understanding of industrial processes, and your teaching skills are assets that enable you to ensure project compliance and reliability.

Given the international scope, punctual travel to our sites (Technical Centers and plants) and clients and a strong level of English are required.
