Raw Material Procurement and Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced and detail-orientedRaw Material Procurement and Foreign Trade Operations Specialist  to join our Global Trade Operations team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related departments of universities,
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the automotive industry,
• Able to use Office programs at an advanced level is a must,
• Ability to adapt to teamwork and work in open office and in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced level of English (reading, writing, speaking) is preferred,
• No military service barrier for male candidates,
• Those who are/will be residing in Bursa.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS experience is an advantage).
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2020 and international logistics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, having advanced communication and coordination skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage import and export operations from order to final delivery. Prepare and control all export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, ATR, EUR.1, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
• Working with local and foreign suppliers under Supply Chain Team of Commercial Department,
• Monitor supplier orders schedule by using the ERP program IFS,  
• Releasing supplier orders on weekly basis in accordance with the production plan and customer demands and following all transport & customs processes until they are taken into stock,
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms 2020.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Finance departments.
• To follow department KPIs,
• To follow the inventory targets of raw materials on weekly basis, to revise the status of inventory items periodically
• Preparing the documents (import & export) required for customs clearance activities and delivering the documents to the relevant people on timely manner,
• Presenting weekly and monthly reports to department manager and global organization,
• Sharing the weekly export & import schedule with the warehouse & shipping department,
• Data creation of new raw materials' inventory information in the ERP system.
