Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in cost accounting and cost control in manufacturing plants,
• Strong knowledge of SAP production, warehouse and cost modules,
• Experience with inter-module integrations,
• Proven experience in creating and controlling cost allocation keys,
• Good command of SAP workflow processes,
• Ability to perform system-based tracking of scrap and waste, and prepare monthly variance analyses,
• Solid knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) control systems,
• Strong understanding of manufacturing dynamics, stage-based costing, and cost allocation processes for semi-finished and finished goods,
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to prepare detailed cost analysis reports and explain variances between standard and actual costs,
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with all levels within the factory,
• Analytical, results-oriented, and detail-focused.

Job Description

• Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent calculation of all production cost components (raw materials, labor, manufacturing overhead, etc.),
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of product structures, bills of materials, and cost data within the SAP system; coordinate corrections for missing or incorrect definitions,
• Perform analyses on scrap, waste, efficiency, and capacity utilization; prepare monthly variance reports and conduct root cause analyses,
• Analyze variances between standard (recipe/BOM) costs and actual costs, identifying operational and system-related causes,
• Manage stage-based costing processes and ensure accurate cost allocation for semi-finished and finished products,
• Conduct product, customer, and order profitability analyses and develop cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives,
• Audit compliance with defined factory procedures and workflows that impact costs and product profitability,
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions in case of non-compliance,
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and finance teams during monthly closing processes to ensure timely preparation of cost reports,
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc cost analysis reports for senior management and company headquarters,
• Contribute to system improvement and development initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of SAP cost control processes,
• Actively participate in internal and external audit processes related to cost accounting and provide required documentation.
