As an Aliée Aesthetician, you are a vital guardian of our brand’s sensory identity. You won't just perform treatments; you will curate transformative journeys for a global, discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:

As an Aliée Aesthetician, you will be the brand ambassador for our high-performance skincare wing, ensuring every treatment is a bespoke masterpiece.

• Biologique Recherche Mastery: Perform advanced facial and body treatments following the strict and effective Biologique Recherche protocols.
• Personalized Skin Analysis: Conduct detailed skin assessments (Skin Instant) to recommend and apply the most effective product combinations for each guest.
• Bespoke Guest Journeys: Create a sanctuary for guests, providing tailored skincare advice and home-care regimens to maintain results.
• Retail Excellence: Confidently guide guests through our curated product selection, achieving retail goals through expert knowledge rather than hard-selling.
• Professional Standards: Maintain an immaculate treatment room, ensuring all Biologique Recherche tools and products are managed according to brand and hotel standards.
• Collaborative Wellness: Work closely with the Spa team to integrate skincare into a holistic, 360-degree guest experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field with valid professional certifications (MEB, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel spas or high-end aesthetic clinics.
• Specialized Skill: Proven experience and certified training in Biologique Recherche protocols and products is a mandatory requirement.
• Language: Fluency in English to provide professional consultations to our international, high-profile guests.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of skin analysis, customized facial treatments, and the "Skin Instant" methodology.
• Attributes: Refined presentation, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for the intersection of science and beauty.
