Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields)
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Knowledge of job architecture / grading methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling)
• Experience in HR reporting and workforce cost analytics
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential data with high integrity
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active role in end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes
• Support and coordinate annual salary review and increase cycles
• Prepare salary offers in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Payroll
• Participate in budgeting and headcount planning processes
• Support incentive and bonus scheme calculations and reporting
• Prepare monthly HR cost reports and dashboards
• Monitor workforce cost metrics and perform variance analyses
• Provide analytical support for performance management cycles
• Contribute to HR digitalization and HRIS improvement projects
