ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and creative Corporate Communications Specialist to support our internal and external communication activities. If you have experience in content creation, social media, and corporate storytelling, and are eager to contribute to communication strategies in a dynamic work environment, we’d love to meet you!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field from a leading university in Turkey,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role,
• Strong writing and content creation skills in both Turkish and English,
• Experience in writing press releases, social media content, and internal communications,
• Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe programs is essential,
• Good understanding of corporate communication and brand messaging strategies,
• Hands-on experience in social media and digital content management,
• Experience working with agencies or media is a plus,
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail,
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the company’s corporate communications strategy,
• Create and edit content for internal and external communication channels (press releases, announcements, social media, etc.),
• Manage and update content for the company website and social media accounts,
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency,
• Assist in organizing corporate events, fairs, and internal activities,
• Ensure all communication materials for events and product launches are prepared and aligned with brand guidelines,
• Participate in the planning and execution of employer branding and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives,
• Prepare standard presentation templates, brochures, flyers, and handbooks,
• Draft internal announcements and newsletters in coordination with relevant departments,
• Contribute to internal communication practices to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
