Digital Communication & Performance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced team member who will create sales opportunities through our digital channels and social media platforms, strengthen our brand identity, and manage end-to-end communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop communication and growth strategies for digital channels and social media platforms
• Increase rental demand by effectively using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Monitor and optimize the performance of all digital communication channels
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Plan, create, and publish content aligned with the brand identity
• Increase follower engagement and manage comments and direct messages

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital communication and social media management
• Strong analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset
• Up-to-date with trends and possesses an innovative perspective
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written communication skills
