Are you ready to embark on your Pegasus career path as our Umrah Operations Specialist - Disabled, flight number PC-2026? 

In this role, you will

• Evaluate group requests received through the reservation system, prepare pricing, and follow up and coordinate all related operational processes.
• Review and manage reservation change and refund requests for requested and confirmed Hajj & Umrah groups, ensuring full coordination of the process.
• Organize payment plans for confirmed groups and coordinate all reservation and ticketing procedures.
• Monitor and follow up on the payment of total group fees.
• Handle all necessary procedures related to possible refunds arising from cancellations in completed groups.
• Track and manage all in-flight catering processes, prevent potential disruptions, and take proactive action when needed.
• Carry out activities to strengthen ongoing cooperation with agencies in order to increase group sales and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university program.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or customer-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Minimum B1 level of English proficiency, sufficient for effective communication in operational processes.
• Strong skills in stress management, time management, and communication, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.
