Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.

Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the IT, software, or technology sector.

Knowledge of HR operations and personnel processes.

Familiarity with Turkish Labor Law is a plus.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate reference checks, personality assessments, language tests, and pre-employment documentation.

Monitor occupational health and safety documentation in coordination with external consultants.

Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of HR processes.

Support various HR projects and perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
