Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a human resources specialist for our global business partner, a company operating in the agricultural machinery sector, for whom we provide consultancy services.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Support: Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and career development strategies across headquarters and branch locations.

• Payroll & Benefits Management: Execute monthly payroll processes with service providers and manage the administration of compensation, bonuses, and employee benefits.

• Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage onboarding processes, coordinate employee engagement surveys, and organize internal events to enhance corporate culture and motivation.

• Operational Compliance: Handle recruitment, termination, annual leave, and personnel filing processes in full compliance with labor laws and GDPR (KVKK).

• Performance Management: Implement the Group’s annual performance evaluation cycle (EAP) and ensure goal alignment across all departments.

• Global Coordination & Translation: Serve as the primary point of contact for Group/Division HR, ensuring the accurate translation and implementation of global HR documents and policies.

• HSE & Policy Administration: Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) requirements and develop/maintain internal regulations, including travel and disciplinary policies.

• Expat Management: Coordinate work/residence permit applications and local relocation processes for foreign experts in collaboration with consultancy firms.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English (written and verbal) with the ability to translate technical HR documents and communicate effectively within a global network.

• Legislative Knowledge: Strong command of local labor law, social security regulations, and data privacy (KVKK) legislation.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in payroll accounting, accruals, and personnel affairs management.

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with department managers within a matrix organizational structure.

• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in HR reporting, budgeting, and maintaining meticulous personnel records.

• Professional Integrity: Commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and representing the employer brand effectively in the agricultural sector.
