General Qualifications

• University graduate from relevant departments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2-3 years of technical experience in the apparel industry or 3rd party companies and in a position of supervisor/ Assistant supervisor
• Basic competence in MS Office,
• Able to travel frequently
• In-office working type.
• To have time management and organization skills,
• To be open to cooperation and continuous improvement,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Having the ability to work under intensive work,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor the integrity performance of the staff through defined integrity related process (such as Phone call audits, Surprise factory visits, Mystery audit, CTC audits).
•  Monitor the inspection / audit result on a periodic basis and analyze the trend for further review. Plan and execute the integrity audits, activities accordingly,
• Develop and deliver integrity related workshops/ seminars to external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training/ refreshers on Integrity case sharing for employees,
• Develop Inter- relationship between BV and its vendors/ factories,
• Manage and maintain up to date records of all information related to integrity activities and share with management as appropriate,
• Inspection/audit data analysis to determine the risk level and plan monitoring initiates,
• Ensure all relevant papers/ documents/ samples are maintained during inspections as per client and company requirements
• Must comply with working safety rules during execution,
• Must adopt and follow the company Ethic Rules and Quality Policy. 
• ConductExecute Product Inspection into the different production location  and  prepare, submit report. Presented in a manner consistent with the BV guidelines
