*We are currently looking for an Investor Relations and Financial Reporting Manager to join our team with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

· University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields,

· Having knowledge and experience regarding General Accounting, BRSA & IFRS to perform requested analyzes,

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance (equity research, audit, transaction services, valuation) including investor relations,

· Financial institution and/or Big 4 experience is a big plus,

· An understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors,

· Having CMB Level 3 license (must) and CMB Corporate Governance license (preferably),

· Having strong skills of;

- Communication & presentation,

- Problem solving & analytical thinking,

- Questioning and research abilities/approaches,

· Reporting and data visualization competence,

· Team player with analytical mind-set and willingness for research and development; ability to multi-task and follow up while working with cross functional teams,

· Advance level of English,

· Good command of MS Office programs, especially expertise in Excel,

· Experince in any reporting tools will be plus, tagetik, qlik sense, phyton, hyperion etc.

Job Description:

• Preparing investor presentations and quarterly earnings release documents,
• Preparing Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Reports,
• Publishing regulative disclosures on PDP (KAP),
• Following up Capital Markets Board (SPK) legislation and any other relevant regulation,
• Taking part in the Annual Ordinary General Assembly Meeting process,
• Preparing and tracking Corporate Governance and Investor Relations related BoD Resolutions,
• Managing the Investor Relations website and database to ensure it is up to date,
• Participating in regular dialogues and IR marketing activities with equity analysts and investors, including one-on-one meetings, roadshows, and calls,
• Monitoring and reviewing analyst reports about the Company and its peers,
• Providing necessary documents and material disclosures for Borsa Istanbul, Capital Markets Board, and Central Securities Depository & Trade Repository of Türkiye (MKK),
• Contributing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements such as accumulated profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flows, etc. in accordance with BRSA & IFRS,
• Managing ad-hoc requests from company top management team, shareholders and investors,
• Supporting CMB bond issue process, preparing application documents,
