As Huhtamaki – Elif Plastik, operating in Istanbul / Esenyurt with approximately 1,000 employees, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant university department
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in the flexible packaging industry, preferably in a Key Account Manager or similar customer-facing role
• Ability to effectively conduct business analyses in areas such as data analysis, pricing, margin management, and KPI tracking
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizational structures and navigate complex processes
• Strong communication and relationship management skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
• Result-oriented with strong time management skills
• Proficient in SAP, SFDC, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

• Responsible for mid-sized key customer accounts
• Develops and implements sales strategies and customer plans to achieve revenue targets and service objectives
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships
• Coordinates customer-facing activities to ensure consistent service delivery
