Position Overview.

This role involves supporting the marketing department within NFTR with tasks such as document creation, data organization and event support.

We are looking for someone with number cruncher, the ability to perform meticulous work with attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other professional tools.

Furthermore, candidates who are familiar with social media, understand the sensibilities of young people, and can contribute as valuable advisors when considering advertising content for this demographic are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities.

Application for company approval regarding payment of marketing-related expenses.

Receipt of quotation and confirmation/examination of its contents.

Creating company approval forms.

Request to sign for company Approval Form.

Invoice receipt and confirmation, payment request to the F&A team.

Organize data and documents in the cloud.

Store data and documents in the cloud.

Organize and manage the stored data.

Support for new product launch.

Generate the barcode.

Thorough check of packaging labeling.

Submit the design artwork and barcode to the printing company.

Providing color samples to printing company.

Attending the printing plant during the printing process.

Product information registration and management.

Collect product information (such as size and weight) from the production and development departments.

Daily advertisement.

Analysis of user reactions on social media.

Analysis of the effectiveness of various advertising campaigns.

Support for goods sampling at universities and events.

Management and operation of various gift campaigns.

Understanding the content of the complaint and sharing it with the director.

Requesting an investigation from the manufacturing plant, if it’s needed.

Double-checking advertising targeting young people in Türkiye.

Branding.

Support for the consumer survey to identify brand challenges.

Support for the analysis of the survey results.

Candidate Requirements.

Required Qualifications.

Ability to communicate in English.

Ability to use business tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing assistant or Sales support.

Advanced level of English proficiency.

Strong reporting, analytical, and data interpretation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interview skills.

Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and strong teamwork skills.

Experience in data analysis.
