About the Company

We are an international group of companies providing professional software services to clients across multiple jurisdictions. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team and support our accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting and tax records for companies within the group.

• Prepare and submit accounting and tax reports in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Process and maintain primary accounting documentation, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

• Perform banking operations and monitor accounts receivable and payable.

• Manage month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial and management reports.

• Communicate with clients in English regarding payments, invoices, and contracts.

• Prepare and manage licensing documentation for clients, including communication with regulatory authorities and service providers.

• Monitor compliance with contractual and payment terms.

• Ensure adherence to the company's internal policies, procedures, and financial standards.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Accountant or Finance Manager.

• Strong practical knowledge of accounting and tax accounting.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working with contracts, invoices, and client payments.

• Experience with licensing and permit documentation will be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is a plus.

• Experience with accounting software (1C, BAS, or similar ERP/accounting systems).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
