REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Abachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, life sciences, healthcare management, or business administration is typically required. A master's degree can be advantageous.  
• Proven experience (at least 3years) in the medical devices industry, preferably in product marketing management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of medical device technologies.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) and risk management (e.g., ISO 14971) as they pertain to medical devices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with sales, technical, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs teams.
• Highly organized, ,detail oriented.
•  Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure on-time and within-budget product launches.
• Fluent in English; good communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
• Military Status is completed for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participates in overall marketing, product strategy, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
• Ability to prepare or contribute in preparing market requirement documents of medical devices.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily/weekly content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections on social media platforms.
• Regularly check and revise the website based on the new products, and respond to the e-mails and messages received through the website.
• Wilingness to learn and master product life-cycle management, from concept, funcitonality development, design, implementation, market launch, pricing, sales growth, customer support, and sales support.
• Ability to create and execute product roadmaps.
• Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for products in International markets.
• Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in the company's key business area in International markets.
• Produces competitive analysis materials comparing products with their key competitors.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (MDD, MDR, FDA 510(k), CE, ISO 13485).
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience or ability to conduct market research and define target customer segments.
• A proactive approach to innovation and an ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in planning  and execution of new product launches and marketing activities in International and domestic markets.
• Works with the sales teams to define promotional activities, and prepare materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and product-related presentations for the distributors.
