QUALIFICATIONS 

• Business or Engineering Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience leading Project management in conveyor systems and industrial automation industry.
• Proven track record for growing their sales both in a flow and project type business.
• Requires strong managerial skills and ability to interpret and forecast changes in customers' buying patterns and product requirements, anticipate market changes and evaluate competitors ‘products.
• Requires strong communication skills to negotiate with and influence customers regarding major contracts.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills
• Verbal and written fluence in English is required any other foreign language is preferred.
• Position requires the ability to travel.
• Expertise in project designing software Solid Works and Autocad.
• Strong understanding of the conveyor projects Development, capable of aligning project goals with technical constraints.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies, to proactively address issues before they impact the project.
• Solid financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure the project stays within financial boundaries.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, crucial for identifying project bottlenecks and recommending appropriate solutions.

JOB DESCRİPTİON:

• Creates and implements the global sales strategy, business development initiatives, in alignment with company sales strategy. activities for developing the communication stream and management of both new and carry-over business contracts.
• Establishes sales targets and ensures sales budgets and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
• Identifies opportunities at existing and potential new customers.
• Coordinates the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc and evaluates data to ensure achievement of goals.
• Monitors and provides market and competitive intelligence back to the business.
• Supports the development of strong relationships with key customers. Solution oriented.
• Ensures achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales.
• Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, requirements, and milestones.
• Conduct comprehensive project risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential issues to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, adjusting as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
