Project Manager(Chinese-English)

Job Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager to lead and oversee game industry projects with international scope.

As the core leader of multi-module game projects, you will be fully responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery. Our production and operation teams operate across multiple countries, and your primary responsibility will be to coordinate overseas teams while serving clients’ global business needs.

You will align internal and external resources, maintain strong client communication, ensure project quality standards, and drive business objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A strong understanding of the global game industry ecosystem, diverse game genres (MMO, SLG, RPG, etc.), and overseas operational logic (customer service, content moderation, community operations, tournament execution) is essential to ensure sustainable project growth and operational excellence.

 Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of game industry projects and develop comprehensive project plans, including:
  • Resource allocation
  • Timeline management
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
• Ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery across multiple business modules.
• Act as the primary client contact:
  • Conduct regular bilingual communication (Chinese & English)
  • Align project objectives
  • Report overseas team performance
  • Collect and analyze client demands
  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term trust-based partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, especially overseas production and operations teams, to ensure alignment with client expectations and KPI requirements.
• Optimize workflows across various game-related service modules (customer service, moderation, community operations).
• Manage project budgets with strong financial awareness:
  • Monitor cost expenditures
  • Conduct cost-effectiveness analysis
  • Propose optimization solutions
  • Ensure profitability while maintaining service quality
• Identify potential project risks (resource gaps, demand shifts, quality fluctuations) and implement proactive contingency plans.
• Provide industry-based strategic recommendations leveraging deep knowledge of overseas game markets and operational logic.

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Game Design, or related fields.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong bilingual communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in managing multi-module projects in the game industry (customer service, content moderation, community operations preferred).
• Strong understanding of:
  • Global game industry ecosystem
  • Overseas game markets
  • Multiple game business models
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

 Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
• Experience in game companies or game service startups.
• Deep understanding of MMO, SLG, RPG mechanics and overseas user behaviors.
• Experience coordinating overseas teams or managing clients’ global operations.
