Quality and Process Development Manager

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering Faculty).
• At least 8 years of experience in the field of technology, including 3 years of managerial experience in quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Participated in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 15504 implementation studies,
• Strong knowledge and experience in ITIL, Service Management Systems, Agile, SDLC,
• Experienced in quality processes and software development processes,
• Analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Overall development, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements, promoting consistency throughout the organization.
• Coordinating with relevant departments for customer audits and tracking corrective and preventive actions.
• Planning and execution of internal audits to ensure the sustainability of implemented management systems.
• Monitoring the closure of all non-conformities and customer complaints using established procedures and managing teams accordingly.
• Development and implementation of strategic plans for continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Regular monitoring and reporting of quality performance.
• Responsible for establishing, developing, reporting to management, and improving integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 15504 implementation studies) implemented in our company.
