What are we looking for?

Mechanic engineer skills.

Knowledge of quality tools & methods (SPC, FMEA and risk analysis, solving problems methods, ISO 9001 management, suppliers audit).

Analytical Skills (Ability to be synthetic and/or go in details, depending on situation).

He has completed their military service for male candidates,.

Residing in a location where he will not think about the road problem (Istanbul European Side).

Fluent in English.

Ability to adapt management behavior regarding situation and people.

Able to take initiatives and evaluate risks.

Good communication skills: being able to work with various departments, evaluate & challenge requests.

Being able to adapt to different working culture (factories & suppliers abroad & Customers abroad).

Being able to stay calm and take a step back.

Rigorous and flexible.

Being able to be assertive & convince to represent the client on what concerns product quality.

What can we do together in this position?

Plan and manage quality activities in accordance with quality standard.

Develop and maintain management system (ISO 9001 qualification).

Establish and implement appropriate communication for improvement and awareness of quality issues and requirements within factories.

Monitor plant quality improvement plan with transverse system actions: customers PPM.

Ensure plant QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) are performed, root cause understood, and C/M (Corrective Action Plan) implemented.

Manage communication with customers for improvement plan and quick countermeasures.

Monitor plant quality improvement plan.

Monitor suppliers’ performance.

Promote and deploy quality tools within factories.

Recruit quality engineers, from the profile definition to the final decision, and orientation program,.

Ensure quality team develops its skills and supports by training if necessary.

Share and decline company vision at the level of quality department.

Manage the team through regular department meetings, and each team member through regular individual reviews, development of people and salary review.

Manage the workload of each team member, according to his/her competencies, to support the projects and objectives of the factory.
