WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in related fields,
• At least 4 years of brand management experience,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Having strong communication skills and seeking pursuit of creativity,
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills,
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects.

WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

• Developing and implementing marketing communication plan (Marketing Calendar) in a timely and complete manner,
• Briefing relevant agencies for marketing campaigns and evaluating campaign creative suggestions, supporting advertising shots and managing the visual processes of the 360 communication plan, ensuring the implementation of the campaign and supporting effective campaign management,
• Coordinating the graphic team, agency and if necessary, 3rd parties to ensure that the relevant specs of campaigns reach the team on time,
• Deciding on the printed materials of campaigns and coordinating the visual designs with the graphic team and/or agency, ensuring that they reach the LSM team in time to be in the restaurants,
• Leading the operational tests and launch campaigns of new products to be launched, during the photo and demo shooting process,
• Managing creative agencies, timelines and deliverables,
• Briefing agencies and managing design stages,
• Providing the visual organization of brand partnership projects,
• Organizing and recommending customer research that will provide insight into the brand, quarterly monitoring of brand health research and evaluating the report,
• Managing the operational processes of social responsibility projects.
