We are looking for a Production Engineer to join the Production Department of our organization in Turkey.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems
• Implement process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency
• Participate in new product localization projects
• Analyze materials for products and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and production recipes in the SAP system
• Experienced in SAP PP module
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for technical issues arising during production
• Monitor and report production data through SAP
• Work in coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams
• Contribute to standardization and process improvement activities on production lines

Job Requirements

• Graduated from universities, preferably from the Department of Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery production, or mechanical assembly
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs
• Knowledge of SAP PP production planning and BOM creation
• Experienced in reading and preparing technical projects
• Experience in product localization or new product commissioning processes is preferred
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement projects
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and excellent communication skills
