Human Resources Manager

OZ Optics is seeking a senior executive to serve as HR Manager, responsible for overseeing human resources management and supporting strategic and operational leadership across the Group’s companies in Türkiye.

The role will cover multiple companies operating in different sectors and international markets, requiring strong HR expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-entity structures. The successful candidate is expected to drive organizational development, talent management, performance systems, and employee engagement initiatives.

Position Summary:

• Reporting to local General Manager, and keeping a close relationship with the VP Human Resources at Corporate HQ, HR Manager is responsible for timely and effective delivery of human resources services to include:  recruitment, payroll and benefits admin, employee relations, occupational H&S, training, compensation, performance management
• Responsible for the development and implementation of all HR policies and procedures

Typical Duties:

• Ensures departmental and corporate objectives are met
• Provides effective human resource management, consultation and issue resolution services to all levels of management
• Develops and implements recommendations regarding compliance with legislated areas
• Initiates projects in response to identified client needs
• Develops goal and objectives for assigned area of responsibility
• Maintains good communication with Corporate HQ

Organizing training and social activities to keep the morale of the employees high

Education:

• Equivalent to a university degree in Human Resources related field and/or professional CHRP

 Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years HR experience in a manufacturing, high tech environment

Skills:

• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills to include knowledge of Office 2000 application packages
• Knowledge of payroll systems
• Good knowledge of applicable legislation is required
• Good knowledge of English is required
