As we continue to evolve our commercial and marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can combine digital expertise, artificial intelligence, customer engagement, storytelling, and commercial thinking to help shape the future of marketing within our organization.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for a marketing professional who is equally comfortable developing digital campaigns, creating compelling content, engaging with customers, collaborating with sales teams, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities.

Commercial Growth & Customer Engagement.

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Generate qualified business opportunities through digital channels, customer engagement activities, technical events, and industry initiatives.

Support lead generation and lead nurturing activities across multiple business units.

Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.

Strengthen customer relationships and support key account initiatives.

Digital Marketing & AI.

Develop and manage digital marketing activities across relevant platforms.

Utilize AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign development, analytics, customer engagement, and productivity improvement.

Monitor website performance, digital engagement, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.

Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives.

Continuously explore new technologies and innovative communication approaches.

Brand Building & Storytelling.

Transform technical, scientific, and commercial information into compelling customer value propositions and business stories.

Develop content that strengthens Alltech’s position in science, innovation, sustainability, and performance.

Support brand development across digital channels, events, and industry platforms.

Collaborate with internal experts to create meaningful technical and commercial communications.

Sales Partnership & Field Engagement.

Work closely with sales and technical teams to support commercial priorities.

Participate in customer visits, farm visits, production facility visits, and industry activities.

Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, customer success stories, and technical communications.

Maintain regular contact with customers and market stakeholders to better understand industry needs and opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile.

Professional marketing background with demonstrated experience in digital marketing, brand development, content strategy, storytelling, and customer engagement.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing environments.

Strong digital marketing expertise and hands-on experience with modern marketing technologies.

Practical experience using AI-powered tools for marketing, content creation, communication, analytics, or productivity improvement.

Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business results.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into meaningful customer value.

Collaborative, innovative, and proactive working style.

Willingness to travel and actively engage with customers and field teams.

Experience in agriculture, animal nutrition, agribusiness, food production, or other technical B2B industries is preferred.
