Döhler Türkiye is looking for a "Product Documentation Specialist" to be employed in our Karaman, İzmir Plant or İstanbul Maltepe Office  with the following qualifications; 

Your Role

• Manage and respond to product-related customer inquiries (B2B & B2C), ensuring timely and accurate technical communication,
• Prepare, review, and maintain product documentation (TDS, SDS, specifications, declarations of compliance, etc.),
• Upload and manage documentation on customer portals and ensure version control,
• Evaluate and verify raw material origin, composition, allergen status, and technical data upon request,
• Coordinate and manage certification processes including TTB, Halal, Kosher, Vegan, GMO (VLOG, etc.), and Palm Oil compliance,
• Prepare and monitor product compliance documentation and track certification validity periods,
• Assess and coordinate special product-related customer requirements with relevant internal departments (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement),
• Ensure documentation processes comply with internal policies and applicable international regulations,
• Prepare documentation for internal audits and customer inspections,
• Maintain and continuously update the technical product database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product documentation, regulatory affairs, quality documentation, or product compliance.
• Knowledge of food regulations and certification processes (Halal, Kosher, Vegan, GMO, etc.).
• Experience in preparing and managing technical documentation (TDS, SDS, specifications, declarations).
• Familiar with compliance and certification workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple documentation processes simultaneously.
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.
