Döhler Turkey is looking for a “Innovation Management Specialist" to be located in our Karaman Plant.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in R&D incentive programs and government funding mechanisms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in digital systems, ERP platforms, and process documentation tools.
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.

Your Role

• Overseeing the development and implementation of incentive strategies to achieve business financial goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new grant opportunities and potential gaps in the current incentive portfolio.
• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans for grant applications.
• Identify potential risks regarding non-compliance or grant rejection and develop mitigation strategies.
• Encourage and collect innovative project ideas from R&D and production teams to match them with suitable funding programs.
• Oversee the successful execution of funded projects, ensuring all documentation meets the standards for official audits and technical reports.
