Biotechnology Junior Specialist

We are looking for a R&D Biotechnology Junior Specialist to be employed in our R&D center.

Qualifications;

• Master or Ph.D Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or other related disciplines.
• Studying protein production and purification in different organisms (mammalian cell culture, bacteria) in master or Ph.D. is preferred, or having two years of work experience in the R&D laboratory.
• Perform molecular biology processes such as western blot, SDS-PAGE, PCR, molecular cloning.

·         Basic theoretical understanding of protein chemistry, methods, and techniques is required,

·         Having information regarding bead-based assays and can design some test about antibody or antigen based.

·         Having bioinformatics skills such as primers design, BLAST.

• Experienced in literature review, project writing, and follow-up.
• To carry out the documentation, planning, and design studies required by the projects that have been decided to be implemented.

·         Ability to organize tasks and work independently.

·         Results oriented and data driven

Additional Qualifications;

·         Experience with different modes of chromatography such as affinity, ion-exchange, size exclusion, hydrophobic interaction. In-depth understanding of protein/resin interactions, experience with execution of validation protocols is a plus,

·         Communicate results at team meetings, contribute to project and experiment planning,

Job Description;

They lead by example and hold themselves and others accountable while maintaining productive and professional relationships within the team. The primary responsibilities are as follows:

·         Production in a lab setting following standard operating procedures. Will utilize basic laboratory techniques, calculations, materials measurement, operation of laboratory equipment, and record-keeping necessary to manufacture products in a GMP environment.

·         Utilize specialized technical knowledge and skills to make detailed observations and analyze data to ensure within operating parameters.

·         Maintain equipment, product inventories, and related records as assigned.

·         Proactive approach that anticipates needs and problems while contributing to solutions

·         Perform column purification/chromatography, buffer preparation, SDS-Page Analysis, Western Blotting, and other protein characterization techniques.

·         Identify technical issues, troubleshoot, solve problems, and achieve clear resolution

·         Prepare or assist with technical files belong the new or current products according to IVDR

·         Evaluating R&D center data and conducting research to add new activities to the center
