As Toyota Boshoku Türkiye, we are looking for a “Corporate Planning Specialist (Contractor)" working in the Corporate Planning Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).

Job Description.

Your tasks will be,.

Preparing and coordinating corporate reports, presentations, and documentation.

Managing corporate affairs activities, including budget and risk management processes and corporate projects.

Maintaining company procedures, policies, and documentation in line with corporate standards.

Supporting corporate communications, public relations, and social media activities.

Providing administrative support to senior executives, including calendar, meeting, and travel management.

Coordinating meetings, visitors, and hospitality arrangements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Following up on approvals, expense tracking, and document flow processes.

Supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, projects, and cross-functional activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.

Strong time management, organizational, and reporting skills.

Strong presentation preparation and coordination skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively within tight deadlines.

Experience with administrative and office management processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Completed military service or exemption from military service for male candidates.

Residing in, or willing to relocate to, Sakarya or Kocaeli.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
