Royal Platinum operates in the cosmetics sector with a strong commitment to quality, aesthetics, and sustainable growth. As we continue to expand our presence in international markets, we are looking to strengthen our team with an Export Sales Representative who is confident in store operations, field sales, and team communication.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong retail and direct sales background who can actively support our international store performance and represent our brand effectively in the field. Export experience is not required — we are ready to provide training in export operations and international processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• A second foreign language is considered an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong experience in retail/store operations and active sales (mandatory)
• Confident in face-to-face customer communication and sales
• Strong persuasion and relationship management skills
• Energetic, dynamic, and solution-oriented
• Eager to learn and develop in international business processes
• Analytical thinking and reporting skills
• Open to international travel with no travel restrictions
• Active driver with a valid driver’s license
• Able to adapt to different cultures and working environments

Responsibilities

• Visit international stores and distributors regularly
• Actively support in-store sales and customer experience
• Identify operational and sales improvement opportunities in stores
• Provide basic product and sales training to store teams after internal onboarding
• Monitor store performance and prepare regular reports
• Ensure brand standards are properly implemented across stores
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and distributors
• Support the growth of international retail operations

Important Note

This position is primarily focused on retail, in-store sales, and field operations. We are looking for someone who is experienced in store sales and customer interaction, and who is motivated to grow into international operations over time. Previous export experience is not required.
