One of our group companies, Assan Yapı, is seeking a  Planning and Reporting Engineer to join the cost control team for a large-scale development project based in Kocaeli/İzmit.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and updating of Level-4 and Level-5 detailed schedules (resource and cost loaded) covering pre-construction and construction phases
• Assist in maintaining schedules including 3,000+ activities under the supervision of the Planning & Reporting Manager
• Monitor progress against the approved baseline schedule and prepare schedule updates with proper justifications
• Perform progress measurement, productivity tracking, and variance analysis
• Support WBS and Activity Code structure implementation and standardization
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for Project Management and Head Office
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts based on cost-loaded schedules
• Conduct delay analysis and support documentation for Extension of Time (EoT) claims
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and report deviations
• Prepare S-curves, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking reports
• Support preparation of executive-level monthly progress presentations

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
• Experience in progress measurement, reporting, and delay analysis
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction methodologies
• Advanced level of English
• International or Gulf region project experience is a plus
