One of our group companies, Assan Yapı, is seeking a  Tendering & Logistics Chief to lead end-to-end tendering and procurement processes for a large-scale development project based in Kocaeli/İzmit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and prepare longlists of potential bidders
• Manage prequalification processes and establish shortlists
• Plan, organize, and oversee tender processes
• Review project drawings and technical specifications to clarify scope of work
• Prepare and manage RFP documentation for design and construction tenders
• Coordinate with the central procurement function
• Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and timelines
• Perform bid evaluations, comparative analyses, and lead negotiations
• Support contract drafting and finalization
• Manage supply coordination
• Lead change management processes
• Conduct market research for new unit price analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in large-scale construction/development projects
• Strong experience in tendering and contract management
• Advanced level of English
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting
