Production Planning and Control Assistant

Qualifications

We are looking for a Production Planning and Control Assistant to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields

• Interest or experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC) processes

• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Job Description

• Prepare support documentation for production and attach it to manufacturing orders (drawings, quality standards, tracking cards, etc.) before forwarding them to production departments

• Confirm hourly production order steps and record stock movements based on production orders

• Support factory inventory control by generating reports and preparing inventory documents when required

• Process material transfers between production areas and/or affiliated companies through the production and inventory control system

• Coordinate material transportation requests and issue invoices when required to formalize the transfer process

• Manage modifications, transfers, or cancellations of manufacturing orders in coordination with production departments

• Confirm scrapped and/or recovered products through production orders and ensure their proper registration in the production control system

• Monitor reports on released or delayed production orders and material transfer maps and distribute them to relevant production teams

• Control and audit the information recorded in production orders and ensure products are placed in appropriate containers or semi-finished stock for verification

• Generate production control indicators and performance reports

• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
