"Guest Relations Manager"

We invite you to take a position as “Guest Relations Manager” in the Guest Relations Department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTİON BODRUM hotel that operates in Muğla region under international TITANIC HOTELS brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury hospitality environment

• Hands-on experience and solid understanding of the Guest Assistant System

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish, English, and Russian

• Proficiency in Elektra, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• High stress tolerance and a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Ambitious, culturally sensitive, and professionally presented

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse guest complaints using team reports and take action to enhance service delivery
• Prepare and deliver daily GRM reports to Senior Management
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and keep Senior Management informed of key insights
• Propose effective solutions for emerging problems and guest complaints
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless luxury experience
• Collaborate closely with all departments to maintain the highest service standards
• Manage departmental documentation
• Assign daily tasks and strategic goals to the Assistant GA Manager and Supervisors
• Oversee and coordinate hiring and training processes for new staff
• Uphold and implement brand standards consistently across the team
