We are seeking a dynamic "Human Resources Responsible" to join our growing team.

Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree from a university.

Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Good command of Microsoft Excel.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning, and follow-up skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Male candidates must have completed military service.

Residing in or willing to reside in the Çorlu, Çerkezköy, or Saray area. Accommodation is available for candidates relocating from outside the city.

Job Description.

Support recruitment and hiring processes.

Assist in preparing Human Resources reports.

Analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

Support the daily operations of the Human Resources department.

Communicate effectively with overseas teams in both written and spoken English.

Maintain and update attendance records, including shift schedules, overtime, leave, absenteeism, and other timekeeping data, in the HR system.
