Maintenance Team - Vice Team Manager

Hyosung Istanbul Textile is one of the companies that belongs to Hyosung Group in South Korea. Hyosung Group, has started the business life with the Dongyang Nylon Factory which is established in 1966. Nowadays, Hyosung is a global firm which has 23 Production Facilities, 8 Commercial Structures and 23 Sales Offices all over the world.

Turkey is among other investments in spandex production such as South Korea, China, Vietnam, Brazil and India. Hyosung Istanbul Textile carries out production in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone and has sales offices in Istanbul, Bursa and Adana.

We are looking for an "MAINTENANCE TEAM VICE TEAM MANAGER" to join our workforce in Çerkezköy Factory.

Qualifications:

• University degree or higher education (engineering disciplines preferred),
• At least 10 years of experience in the maintenance department of a chemical plant,
• Proven expertise in facility maintenance, development, and project management,
• Ability to take responsibility and provide leadership in a 24/7 operational environment,
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other teams and government authorities,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Team player and successful in team management,
• Strong communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Interested and willing to develop systems,
  
  

Job Description:

• Ensure the efficient execution of the plant’s maintenance processes and procedures,
• Plan and manage development projects within the facility,
• Organize maintenance and repair activities to maintain 24-hour uninterrupted operations,
• Coordinate with other departments and government agencies as necessary,
• Lead the maintenance team, provide quick and effective solutions during emergencies,
• Supervise and guide the maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
