Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a "Mechanical Maintenance Specialist" to join our ‘’Project & Maintenance’’ department.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Plan and execute maintenance activities for process equipment in the production plant (Mixers, rotary molding machines, ovens, cooling tunnels, etc.).
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Conduct failure analyses and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) studies.
• Drive MTBF and MTTR improvement initiatives.
• Manage spare parts inventory and perform critical equipment analysis.
• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of maintenance records through SAP/Fiori systems.
• Contribute to energy efficiency and equipment/facility performance improvement projects.
• Managing external service providers and contractors.
• Collaborate closely with all plant functions (Production, Quality, Projects & Investments, etc.).
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with occupational health & safety, food safety and sustainability standards.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
• Preferably 3-5 years of maintenance experience in FMCG/food, pharmaceutical, or machinery manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of food production machinery, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyor systems, and equipment selection (gearboxes, bearings, etc.).
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Energy Manager certification and knowledge of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems (EnMS) are preferred.
