In 2024, Aldridge Mineral Mining Inc., which held a Polymetallic (Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn) mining license in Yozgat, was acquired by CVK Mining and commenced operations.

We are seeking a "Senior Process Engineer or  Process Superintendent" to join our team at the Polymetallic Mine located in Yenipazar, Boğazlıyan, Yozgat. The ideal candidate should reside in or be able to reside in Boğazlıyan.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer or Process Superintendent for our new greenfield polymetallic mine project in Yenipazar, Yozgat. This role is critical for the design, development, commissioning, and long-term operation of our processing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Design & Project Oversight: Provide technical input for process plant design, equipment selection, and flowsheet development. Monitor construction and installation to ensure technical specifications align with the intended design.
• Metallurgical Testing: Manage and supervise metallurgical test studies to define process design, refine the flowsheet, and optimize recoveries and grades.
• Operational Readiness & Commissioning: Lead the transition from construction to operations. This includes developing pre-commissioning checklists, staffing plans, and ensuring all systems are ready for the first ore feed and the commencement of continuous operations.
• Operational Planning: Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both the process plant and the metallurgical laboratory. Establish all necessary safety, accuracy, and efficiency protocols.
• Metallurgical Accounting: Establish and maintain rigorous metallurgical accounting systems and production reporting structures to ensure accurate metal balancing.

Required Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Mining, Mineral Processing, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in precious metals (Gold/Silver) and/or base metals (Copper/Lead/Zinc) extraction and beneficiation.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in metallurgical testing, laboratory management, and process plant design/operation.
• Language: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for technical reporting and international collaboration.
• Location: Ability to work full-time on-site inYenipazar, Yozgat.

You should be comfortable moving between the office, the laboratory, the construction site, and the process plant to ensure theoretical studies and designs translate into efficient operational reality.
