Universal Yazılım, 1992 yılında İstanbul’da kurulmuş bağımsız bir yazılım üreticisidir. Kuruluşundan beri sektörlere özel çözümler üretmeyi hedef almıştır. Yüzlerce çalışanı ile bakanlık onaylı Ar-Ge merkezi olarak faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir. Kurumsal çözümler konusunda; uygulama geliştirme, projelendirme, proje yönetimi, yerinde destek, danışmanlık alanında hizmet vermektedir.Bugün itibarı ile birçok kurumsal müşteriye hizmet veren kuruluşumuz, bu hizmeti, alanlarında eğitimli, uzman kadrosu ile sağlamaktadır. Universal, satış ve satış sonrası destek faaliyetlerini tamamen kendi personeli ile gerçekleştirmekte ve müşteri ile aracısız iletişim kurmaktadır. “Kesintisiz Yönetim” felsefesini amaçlayan kurumsal çözümleri ile birçok sektöre “Akıllı Çözümler” sunmaktadır. Universal is an independent software producer founded in Istanbul in 1990. Since its establishment, it has chosen to produce sector-specific solutions as its goal. It operates in Istanbul/Ataşehir as a Ministry-approved R&D Center with hundreds of employees . Our company, which has an expert staff in corporate solutions, provides services in the fields of Application Development, Project Planning, Project Management, On-Site Support, and Consultancy. As of today, our organization, which provides services to many corporate customers, provides this service with its trained and expert staff in their fields. Universal carries out its sales and after-sales support activities entirely with its own personnel and communicates with the customer without any intermediaries. It offers “Smart Solutions” to many sectors with its corporate solutions aiming at the philosophy of “Uninterrupted Management” .
