Process reservations by e-mail and telephone.

Coordinate / handle all group requirements once group sales lead established and maintain a high level of exposure in hotel, especially during conferences, incentives, etc.

Process reservations from Central Reservations Office, Regional Offices, Inter-Inn reservations and travel agents reservations.

Process cancellations, revisions, and information updated of changes, responsible for correct completion of records and reports.

Receive and post advance daily and dispatch guest receipts regularly.

Actively solicit and book business following hotel standards.

Ensure Brand Standards are always followed.

Prepare revenue related reports when requested.

Reconfirm bookings, ensure that correct guest names are received, and check arrival times, rates and all other information on the bookings.

Organise traces for follow up.

Ensure work files are kept organised and current with all required information.

Monitor and handle inquiry calls on a timely basis.

Ensure that all incoming calls are answered within 3 rings with proper greetings and telephone etiquette.

Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.

Bachelor's Degree.

2+ years of similar experience is preferred.

Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/ loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, clients and employees.

Fluent Turkish and English.

Yabancı Dilİngilizce(Okuma : İleri, Yazma : İleri, Konuşma : İleri).
